Damaged Merchandise must be reported and issued an RMA(Return Merchadise Authorization) number within 14 days of the product reaching your house. Any RMA requests will be denied after 14 days of delivery. All other Merchandise including coals, hoses, bowls, tongs, and other extras can be returned for up to 30 days as long as an RMA has been issued and the products are unopened and unused.
